7. ~6:30 PM, Executive Session:
Per roll call vote approval by the Selectboard members, the Board will move to Executive Session per MGL Chapter 30A, Sec.21(a)/3: to discuss strategy with respect to litigation, and the Chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the public body.
This Executive Session is regarding a potential zoning issue on a property. At the close of Executive Session, the Board will re-enter regular session and immediately adjourn with no further business conducted.

Next regular Selectboard meeting date Thursday, June 20, 2024, 5:30 PM, and at the call of the Chair as needed.
