Inform of the Restructure 

Marshall W. Dennis - was unanimously voted as Chair 

Anthony Orlando was unanimously elected as Vice Chair and Clerk 

Vote on two Appointments 

Walt Meissner was unanimously voted to be the Planning Boards representative to the Bylaw Review Committee. Vote 5-0 

Carl Gustafson was unanimously voted to be the Planning Board Alternate member replacing the vacancy that will occur when Roger leaves. Vote 5-0
