The Light Commission will vote to enter Executive Session pursuant to MGL Ch 30A Sec 21A to discuss trade secrets or confidential, competitively sensitive or other proprietary information provided in the course of activities conducted by a municipal light plant commission as an energy supplier under a license granted by the DPU pursuant to Ch 164 Sec 1F when such a commission determines that such disclosure will adversely affect its ability to conduct business in relation to other entities making, selling or distributing electric power and energy.  The Light Commission will re-enter Open Session after Executive Session for the purpose of adjournment.
