1.	New Business
•	5:00 PM Joint Meeting with AFC and Board of Assessors: Tax Classification Public Hearing
o	Board of Assessors will report Total Assessed Value, New Growth, Levy Limit, Levy Ceiling, Maximum Allowable Levy, and FY25 Tax Rate.  One purpose of this meeting is to secure approval from the Selectboard for a Residential Factor = 1.

NOTE: Timing of this meeting is based on certification by DOR of Assessed Value, required notification for a Public Hearing, requirements for future tax filings, and Thanksgiving week.  If there is interest, the content may be reviewed in more detail at a regularly scheduled meeting.
