As prescribed in the Zoning Act, Chapter 40A of the M.G.L. the Ashburnham Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on: 

7:00 PM	 Hearing # 24-07 281 Lake Road ( Map 12 Parcel 3A) 

Subject:  Matthew Bourekas requests a Special Permit/Variance from section 3.1.4I, 3.1.4n and a waiver from section 5.7.6 of Ashburnham Zoning Bylaws.  To allow an on-site car detailing business at home that will require relief from Section (3.1.4I,3.1.4n,5.7.6), in the RB zoning district located at 281 Lake Road (Map 12 Parcel 3A).  

This request requires a Special Permit/Variance and includes all other necessary zoning relief on the property at 281 Lake Rd (Map 12 Parcel 3A) in the RB district. 

Any person interested or wishing to be heard on the application should appear at the time and place designated.
