The Town of Shutesbury will hold all its public meetings via remote participation using Zoom.us until further notice. The public can access the virtual meetings by internet enabled devices or by telephone. Every meeting will be recorded and available to the public.

1. Chair’s Call to Order.
2. announcement that Meeting is being recorded. 
3. Approval of any and all Unapproved Minutes for ZBA Meetings and Joint ZBA/Planning Board Meetings though June 7, 2022.
4. Site Plan Review Application of Michael A. Vinskey for a 6.15 kW Ground Mount Residential Solar Array (391 West Pelham Road) pursuant to Zoning Bylaw Section 9.1-1(B). Case Number 22-002.
5. Public Hearing on the Application of Donna & Andrew McCallum, for property located at 14 Lake Drive for a Special Permit for the re-construction of their house on the existing foundation footprint but increasing the current height of approximately 17 feet to no more than 28 feet (26 feet from the roadside grade). The new house will sit well within conforming setbacks to the lake, but enlarged by 3 feet 2 inches on that side, 
and preserve the footprint side setbacks (shifting the non-conformity from the south side-line into conformity resulting in a more balanced conformity). Case Number 22-001.

7. Old Business: Special Permit/Variance Application Fees set at $500 in effect & communication of that fact to the Town Clerk.
8. New Business: Consideration to increase Special Permit/Variance Application Fees to $600(increase of $100 from present $500 fee to be effective July 2, 2022 or some other date thereafter.
9. Farewell to ZBA Chair Chuck DiMare & ZBA Member Herb Gilmore; with combined ZBA service of 30+ years.
10. Elections of New ZBA Chair/Clerk (effective on July 2, 2022)
