The Light Commission will be entering into Executive Session pursuant to MGL Ch 30A Sec 21a to discuss trade secrets or confidential, competitively sensitive or other proprietary information provided in the course of activities conducted by a governmental body as an energy supplier under a license granted by the DPU pursuant to MGL Ch 164 Sec 1f when such governmental body determines that such disclosure will adversely affect its ability to conduct business in relation to other entities making, selling or distributing electric power and energy AND ALSO pursuant to MGL Ch 30A Sec 21a to conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with non-union personnel or to conduct collective bargaining sessions or contract negotiations with non-union personnel.  The Light Commission will re-convene in Regular Session following Executive Session in order to take a vote relative to the "trade secrets" matter.
