Chapter 30A, Section 20, notice is hereby given that the Select Board will meet on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. Members of the public are welcome to attend this in-person in Meeting Room 124, One Liberty Lane, Norfolk, MA or by the remote Zoom connection provided below. 5. Approval of Entertainment License for MBJ LLC d/b/a The Horse, located at 210 Dedham Street, Norfolk, MA, for Manager of Record Morris Sam Naggar, for recorded music with hours Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday – 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM; Friday and Saturday – 11:30 AM to 9 PM; and Sunday 9 AM to 3 PM
6. Vote to approve a taxi license for Tandem Mobility Solution, with Hood Kanaabi as owner, of taxi vehicle #2, with an expiration date of December 31, 2024
7. Municipal Aggregation Update with Colonial Power Group and authorize the Town Administrator to work with Colonial to secure indicative pricing
8. Consider approving an agreement for Weights and Measures Services
9. Consider setting the date and ballot language for a Debt Exclusion Vote
10. Please discuss and vote on allowing early in-person voting  
11. Vote to approve a police detail for the Debt Exclusion Vote with one officer inside and a traffic officer outside as needed
12. Consider and vote the Use Classification of all properties in the Town for purposes in fiscal year 2025
13. Discuss goal setting workshop and consider adopting Select Board Goals
