• Discuss adding bylaw language for “Tiny Houses” (may be deferred)

o NOTE: the Tax Classification Public Hearing has been rescheduled for Friday Nov 22nd, 2024 at 5:00 PM
o DLS “Schedule A” requested to be filed by Nov 30th.
o Fire Chief reports increase in calls this FY:
2021 = 142; 2022 = 146; 2023 = 149
2024 = 205 (projected), 38% increase
Firefighters have begun OSHA-mandated Haz Mat training; expect to complete YE
