BYLAW REVIEW COMMITTEE (BRC); Thursday August 29, 2024 @ 6:00 pm Town Hall Lower Level Meeting Room

1.  Call to Order & Public Comment

2.  Review/Approval of Meeting Minutes

3.  General Code - Ongoing review of General Code (GC) review comment responses for remainder of Part II and begin on Part III.

4.  Identify items that require action by the Planning Board and identify items that require action by the Select Board.

5.  Schedule a joint meeting with the Planning Board to schedule its public hearing for proposed zoning bylaw amendments.

6.  Periodic update schedule and review of GC proposal for incorporating recent approved amendments into the online eCode document.

7.  Suggestions for bylaw additions, deletions, and revisions to consider for the upcoming year.

8.  Next Meeting Dates:
    August 14, 2024 - Attend Planning Board Meeting for Master Plan final draft presentation by MRPC.
    August 29, 2024 - Regular BRC meeting
