•	Vote to approve the FY2023 Enterprise Fund Budget proposals and discuss the status of the remainder of the Town Operating Budget.
•	Vote to approve the Wage and Salary Scale for FY2023.
•	Annual Town Meeting:
•	Vote to hold the Annual Town Meeting on Monday, May 2, 2022 at 7:30 p.m. at the Essex Elementary School;
•	Vote to open the warrant for the May 2, 2022 Annual Town Meeting;
