Subject:  
Kenneth Basque (Scott Chatigny, Contractor) requests a Special Permit/Variance from section 1.2.2.B (4.1.2 & 4.2.3) of the Ashburnham Zoning Bylaws.  The request is to allow an addition of 10’ on existing deck on a non-conforming lot at 17 Blueberry Road (46/6) requiring relief from dimensional regulations and Section 1.2.2.B (4.1.2 & 4.2.3)(setbacks) in the RB zoning district.  This requires a Special Permit/Variance and to include all other necessary zoning relief on the property located at 17 Blueberry Road (Map 46 Parcel 6) in the RB district.
