Information for Meeting of Conservation Commission

The Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40 at 7:15 pm on Tuesday, July 18, 2023. The meeting will be held at Town Hall, 30 Martin Street in the 2nd Floor Stage Conference Room.
This meeting of the Conservation Commission will be held in-person at the location provided in this notice. Members of the public are welcome to attend this in-person meeting. Remote access to the meeting will be available. Details for remote access are on the Commission's webpage at www.essexma.org and on the Commission's main page of www.mytowngovernment.org. Please note that while an option for remote attendance and/or participation is being provided as a courtesy to the public, the meeting and/or hearing(s) will not be suspended or terminated if technological problems interrupt the virtual broadcast, unless otherwise required by law. Members of the public with particular interest in any specific item on this agenda should make plans for in-person vs. virtual attendance accordingly.

7:25 PM Continued public hearing on a Notice of Intent filed by John Coughlin of PMC Realty Trust/Gateway Realty Trust to repair of a 40’ section of an existing retaining wall at 73 Eastern Avenue 

7:30 PM Public hearing on a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Jay & Mary Tetzloff to remove dead trees and repair shed at 98 Western Avenue

7:40 PM Public hearing on a Notice of Intent filed by Cottage Park Realty, Inc. for in-kind reconstruction/repair of approximately 83 linear feet of existing stone seawall, filling and grading of landside area and replacement of a seasonal aluminum gangway and new concrete pad with associated gangway attachments at 155 Conomo Point Road
