1. Public Hearing Appeal - the ZBA acting under the Templeton Zoning Bylaws, section 300-19B Non-conforming Uses, for an appeal of the original decision of 5/16/23 made by Robert Hager of 148 South Rd for H&H Arms for the sale of firearms and ammunition, to consider a special permit for a non-conforming use in an RA2 zone, 1. Change or substantial extension of use, 2. Change from one non-conforming use to another, less detrimental non-conforming use.
2. Public Hearing - the ZBA acting under MGL c. 40A, s. 6 for a request made by Donald S. Foster, II to consider a variance request to allow South Rd, Lot 2 - Map 2-15, Parcel 5.2 in an RA2 zone to build a single family dwelling on a 1.035 acre lot.
