The Town of Shutesbury will hold all its public meetings via remote participation using Zoom.us until further notice. The public can access the virtual meetings by internet enabled devices or by telephone. Every meeting will be recorded and available to the public.

1.	Review the Minutes from the December 17, 2022 meeting.
2.	Notice of Intent / Orders of Condition for the Annual Winter Lake Lowering.
The 2018 Orders of Conditions which permits the lake to be lowered each fall to protect the dam, spillway, and banks from being damaged by ice, expires in November of 2023.  Mark submitted the “Request for Extension Permit of Orders of Conditions” to the Conservation Commission requesting a 5 year extension.  The following issues were discussed at the January ConCom meeting:
•	Request to review the historical water test data which is on the LWAC website.
•	Request to review the Dam Keepers logs and to receive notification when the drawdown and refilling begins via an email rather than by voice messages
•	Possible have additional studies performed as mentioned in the 2019 Wildlife Habitat Evaluation
These items will be on the agenda of the February 9 ConCom meeting and LWAC representatives have been asked to attend.
3.	Update on activities related to Safety Access to the Dam
4.	Storm Water Runoff and Watershed Erosion Mitigation
a.	Update on the FRCOG Watershed-Based Plan and Potential 319 Grant funding
•	No progress expected until late January
5.	Boating Safety on the Lake
Mark has requested that the ConCom approve attaching a safety sign to the existing kiosk.  
6.	Update on Dam Repairs.
7.	Items that cannot reasonably be anticipated prior to meeting.
