In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 30A, Section 20, notice is hereby given that the Planning Board will meet on Monday, February 13, 2023, at 7:00 p.m., in Meeting Room 124, One Liberty Lane, Norfolk, MA.

•	7:00 pm - 15 Lincoln Road/NextGrid Solar Project-Vote to recommend that temporary occupancy be granted until June 1, 2023, subject to the installation of the flared end section of the outlet of the overflow pipe, Partial Certificate of Compliance issued from the Conservation Commission, $25,000 cash bond to cover any addition costs in case the over seeding and erosion control is not completed.
•	7:15 pm - 7 Hill Street-review & approve condominium property Owners Association Documents pursuant to J.4.a.1. Vote to modify Condition #1 of Site Plan & Special Permit Decision 2018-03 in order to sell the duplex units.
