This meeting will be held in person at the location provided on this notice. Members of the public are welcome to attend this in-person meeting. Please note that while an option for remote attendance and/or participation is being provided as a courtesy to the public, the meeting will not be suspended or terminated if technological problems interrupt the virtual broadcast, unless otherwise required by law. Members of the public with particular interest in any specific item on this agenda should make plans for in-person vs. virtual attendance accordingly. 

Every effort will be made to note the order in which audience members have raised their hands to be ‘called upon’. Discretion to entertain comments and questions from the audience rests with the Chair pursuant to the Massachusetts Open Meeting Law. When recognized by the Chair, callers must clearly state their name and address before asking a question or making a comment.

Meetings of the Berlin Select Board are generally recorded for transmission on both the Berlin Cable Television Access Channel and YouTube.  Your voice, image, and/or telephone number may be recorded.

COFFEE TALK is an open meeting of the Berlin Select Board dedicated to discussing issues and hearing presentations but generally does not include normal board business unless deemed necessary. To prevent any violation of open meeting rules, Select Board members might be restricted in what they can say or even respond to any item that comes up that is not on the agenda.
