6:05 Approval of minutes from June 20.
6:10 Discussion: Doug Slaughter’s, the Amherst-Pelham Regional Schools' finance director, application for CPA funding for a renovation of the running track at the high school. The amount requested for Pelham’s portion is $99,000 of the $1,900,000 CPA funding. 
6:30 Discussion: Warrant articles for Fall Town Meeting
6:45 Discussion: Review first draft of Pelham Community Preservation Plan. 
7:00 Discussion: A takeaway from the June 20th CPC meeting was for Anne Stoddard to reach out to a few contacts for assistance in creating a plan to set our estimated budget prior to the Spring Town Meeting. Get an update from Anne.
