1. Call to Order by Linda Langevin
2. Approve Meeting Minutes from April 13, 2023
3. Application Updates
	a. Application for CPC funding by the Congregational Church of Phillipston was approved by the CPC but our article to present at the ATM on May 3rd was deleted by the Select Board and will not appear on the ATM warrant.
	b. Advisement and commentary from Stuart Saginor from Community Preservation Coalition based in Boston
	c. Response by Brian Nason, representing the Church and its application

4. Old business
     a. Carla Charter is a writer paid by the Athol Daily News to create stories that may involve the Phillipston Historical Commission or Historical Society. Might this be a possible conflict of interest because of her receipt of payment?

     b. Should the CPC plan an annual public hearing for the entire town?  

     c. The CPC members have been invited to become part of the core team re the town’s “Climate Change Assessment and Resiliency Plan”.
