| Agenda: | In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 11, the Essex Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public meeting at the Essex Town Hall, 30 Martin Street, on Thursday, June 8, 2023 at 5:00 PM to conduct regular business of the Board including but not limited to the following:
Acknowledge receipt of a Open Meeting Law complaint received May 31, 2023 and authorize response.
Review and approve Minutes from the meetings of January 5, 2023 and February 9, 2023.
Distribution of submittal received May 31, 2023 regarding 11 Choate Street.
Review of Town Policies and signing of "Comprehensive Employee Acknowledgement Regarding Policies" form.
Items that could not be reasonably anticipated by the Chairman within 48 hours of the meeting.
Please be advised that the Board may vote on any item on this agenda.
