AGENDA-OPEN SESSION
8:00 a.m. Great Marsh Brewing Co. – public hearing to determine whether the All-Alcoholic Beverages license for Great Marsh Brewing Company located at 99 Main Street, Essex, MA, should be amended to temporarily remove or revise a condition that would prohibit the operator from obtaining special one day liquor licenses for events at the adjacent premises located at 103 Main Street, Essex, MA.
Other Business:
• Review all necessary paperwork with respect to the potential award of a contract to the qualified low bidder for the Town of Essex Water Filtration Plant renovation project.
• Approve all required official motions or resolutions and award/authorize award of contract and/or sign all necessary paperwork necessary to retain the services of said qualified low bidder in accordance with the protocols required by the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection and the State Revolving Loan Fund for drinking water projects.
• Consider a request made by Jason Heath to allow for the issuance of one additional resident sticker to accommodate one more vehicle than the number of licensed drivers in the residence.
• Items that could not be anticipated by the Chairman until after the meeting posting deadline.

• Great Marsh Brewing Company, John Collins, for use on Saturday, June 17, 2023, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., within the confines of the patio area behind 103 Main Street as shown on the attached site plan.
• Great Marsh Brewing Company, John Collins, for use on Sunday, June 18, 2023, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., within the confines of the patio area behind 103 Main Street as shown on the attached site plan.
• Great Marsh Brewing Company, John Collins, for use on Saturday, June 24, 2023, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., within the confines of the patio area behind 103 Main Street as shown on the attached site plan.
• Great Marsh Brewing Company, John Collins, for use on Sunday, June 25, 2023, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., within the confines of the patio area behind 103 Main Street as shown on the attached site plan.
