C. PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 71, Section 38N, the School Committee of the Montachusett Regional Vocational Technical School District shall hold a public hearing on its proposed annual budget for Fiscal Year 2024 at the Montachusett Regional Vocational Technical School, 1050 Westminster Street, Fitchburg, Massachusetts on March 8, 2023 at 7:00 pm with an alternate date of March 9, 2023 in the event of inclement weather or lack of quorum of the School Committee.

All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard for or against the whole or any part of the proposed budget. The proposed budget shall be available to the public for review on the school's website no later than March 2, 2023 at www.montytech.net.
