1.	Approve Minutes from March 23, April 10, May 1, and May 22

2.	Review and approve any line item or Reserve Fund transfers

3.	Review, discuss, and determine a position on the reconsidered budget options from the MERSD Public Hearing on May 23. Discuss factors that would improve level of Town support.

4.	Items that could not be reasonably anticipated by the open meeting law posting deadline.
