II. Discussion;The Pickleball/tennis court at Gilman-Waite; the bid price of $103,423.00 from Vermont Recreational company for resurfacing was approved at the December Parks & Rec Meeting. To add the fencing around the courts is $31,589.00. The total for the project without any other change orders would come to $135,012.00, leaving possibly $4,488.00 for any other change orders needed. This would complete the entire project including the fencing this spring.
ACTION; Vote: Motion to award Vermont Recreational company the Resurfacing and Fencing bid of $135,012.00 for the Tennis/Pickleball Court at Gilman-Waite Fields in Baldwinville MA.
