LEGAL NOTICE
In accordance with the provisions of the Wetlands Protection Act, Chapter 131 Section 40 (as amended), the Petersham Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, July 5, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. at the Lower Town Hall, 1 South Main Street, on the Request for Determination of Applicability by Charles Berube, 48 West Street, Petersham, MA 01366 for drilling a well at a lot on Oliver Street within the 100-foot Buffer Zone of bordering vegetated wetland, Map 412 Lot 1-0.  
A copy of the Notice of Intent may be inspected at the Town Office at 3 South Main Street by appointment (978) 724-3353.  
All interested persons are invited to attend.
