Approve Minutes
PMS home school group request to permission to plant garden.
RACC Committee, school regional regional agreement, discussion on progress and legal.
PMS school reuse, discussion on leasing, cost, advertising and legal process.
7:30 Tempest Cannabis, expired Host Community Agreement, Damon Schmidt.
Follow up, accountant, end of yr, recap and other items needing attention. Do we have final
ledger showing all 2021 allocations, expenditures, amounts encumbered.
Discuss appointing a Procurement Officer, stipend, job description.
Selectboard prepare Budget for F2023.
Selectboard prepare Town Report.
Whitewater testing, PMS PFAS water test. Is building transient or non transient use.
Selectboard joint meeting with Finance Committee March 10, 2022, 7pm by Zoom.

Police pay increases overlooked in ATM.
Old Bills, KP Law invoice, Animal Control reimbursement.
DPW bylaw request for unloading heavy equipment on roadways and cost of damages & fines.
Selectboard Secretary position.
Executive Session, MGL 30A, Section 21, reason #2. To conduct strategy sessions in preparation for
negotiations with nonunion personnel or to conduct collective bargaining sessions or contract negotiations with nonunion personnel.
Follow up on status of Cares Act and ARPA, Coordinator, discuss up to date progress on these matters.
Follow up on B.O.S. Office positions, temporary coordinators, secretary, administrative assistant, hiring and any related matters to fill temporary and or permanent positions.
Follow up, missing minutes from zoom meetings.
Grant Consultant for ARPA Acts and/or others. In house or join another community to help with process and reporting or related matters. Check with MRCP.
Agriculture Commission request file cabinet and space to store scale.
Updates on building repairs/renovations. Status of HVAC units to be replaced and upgrades
including library and annex roofs, any changes, discussion and votes.
