Information for Meeting of Lake Wyola Advisory Committee

The Town of Shutesbury will hold all its public meetings via remote participation using Zoom.us until further notice. The public can access the virtual meetings by internet enabled devices or by telephone. Every meeting will be recorded and available to the public.

If you are new to video conferencing here are some helpful hints:
-Fifteen minutes before the meeting get yourself to a quiet room with a strong internet connection.
-On the Zoom page the microphone and video icons in the lower left of the screen. Use these to mute and unmute yourself and turn on/turn off your video feed of yourself.

1.	Review, edit and approve the Minutes from the September 18, 2021 meeting.

2.	Membership
a.	Art Keene, member of the Lake Wyola Association (LWA) Board of Directors is volunteering to join our committee.  We need to vote on his membership

3.	Sub-watershed Erosion Mitigation update

a.	Review activities from the January 4th Select Board meeting (Dave) and the MVP Grant Application
b.	Review of the Lake Wyola site visit with Franklin Regional Council of Governments (FRCOG) Tamsin Flanders, and Allison Gage, plus Eric and Mark. During the visit, Tamsin and Allison viewed the various locations around where storm water runoff is a problem.  We also looked at the North Cove.  

4.	Update on possible Randall Road Boat ramp repair and Land Management Agreement 

Review of discussions at the 10/26 site meeting.  

5.	Update on Locks Pond Road culvert replacement and fall dam inspection.  

a.	Has the project been postponed until the spring?  

6.	Items that cannot reasonably be anticipated prior to meeting.
