Board of Assessors:  1.) Authorize the Board of Assessors to appoint one of its members to a paid part-time position.  
2.) To raise and appropriate $10,000.00 for costs associated with the Assessors Recertification of properties, raise and appropriate $1,500.00 for Special Appraisal Expenses, raise and appropriate $9,000.00 for Cyclical Re-Inspection costs, and raise and appropriate $7,700.00 for Annual Interim Value Adjustments for a total of $28,200.00.
Citizen Petition: Authorization for Removal of Old Reservoir Dam
Proposed Zoning Change: Former Roger Langley Property from an R-15 district to an R-80 district.
Citizen Petition: Regarding Authorization to make payment for stipends from Sewer and Water retained earnings the sum of $2,500 each (for a total of $5,000) to compensate the previous Administrative Assistant.
