Open Meeting at 6:30 PM 

A. Citizen Comments- (Total time limited to 10 minutes to express opinions) 

B. TA Updates: 

  a. Community Events and Playground 
     Committee allow fund raising 
     for events – vote expected. 

  b. Apply for Municipal Small Bridge 
     Program / Phase 1 for Old Ashby 
     Road Bridge No. A-11-026 – vote 
     expected. 

  c. Update MASSDOT letter recommending 
     closing Old Ashby Road/S BR 
     Souhegan River Bridge. 

   d. Update on Grant application with 
     NRWA for Whitney Pond. 

   e. Update usability of Winchester 
     Park Playground – vote expected. 

C. Final Review of ROFR Guidelines- vote expected. 

D. Letter of Support for OSRP - vote expected.

E. Replacement Chair for By-Law Review Vote may be taken 

F. Selectboard Member Delegate to Capital Planning Committee Vote may be taken 

G. Approval of Minutes- April 13, 2023 (in attendance only- Storefront); April 18, 2023; April 20, 2023 (Joint SB/Advisory/Capital); 5-1-2023; 5-2-2023- vote expected. 

H. Other Business 

I. Reminders 

   a. Next Regularly Scheduled Select 
      Board Meeting will be Monday, 
      June 5, 2023, 6:30 pm 

   b. The success of any local 
      government depends largely on the 
      participation of its citizen 
      volunteers. Committee vacancies, a 
      volunteer application and handbook 
      are available on the Town website 
      under the Employment/Volunteer 
      tab.
