Discussion & Possible Action: Executive Session under M.G.L. c. 30A §21A, exemption #3 to discuss strategy with respect to litigation in the matter of Templeton v. MacVallee, land court case # 22 TL 001280. The Board will come out of Executive Session and back into Open Meeting to vote on possible action in the matter of Templeton v. MacVallee and then adjourn.
