5:35 PM Notice of Intent (NOI)-Lot 18A Winchendon Road
The proposed work, to occur at Lot 18A Winchendon Road, involves crossing a bordering vegetated wetland with a driveway for access to the rear of the lot to build a single-family home. Work will occur within the 100-foot buffer zone and bordering vegetated wetlands.

5:45 PM Notice of Intent (NOI)-Lots 7,8, & 9 Willard Road
The proposed work, to occur on Lots 7, 8, & 9 Willard Road, involves the construction of a common driveway to serve 3 single-family homes on previously cleared land. Work will occur within the 100-foot buffer zone to bordering vegetated wetlands.  

5:55 PM Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA)-6 Hunter Avenue
The proposed work, to occur at 6 Hunter Avenue, consists of constructing a14x22 family room addition. Proposed work will occur within 100 feet of a resource area.  
 
6:05 PM Notice of Intent (NOI)-21 Young Road
The proposed work, to occur at 21 Young Road, involves the installation of a septic system.  Work will occur within the riverfront area and bordering land subject to flooding.
