1. 5:30 PM  Call to order.

RE: 5:30 PM  Public Hearing for National Grid Utility Pole Request
Pursuant to MGL Chapter 40, Section 56, a Public Hearing will be held to review a request from National Grid to install a single new utility pole with necessary wires & fixtures for a residence  at 161 Nichewaug Road; details and plan from National Grid of proposed location are available upon request from the Selectboard Office.
RE: 6:00 PM  Meeting with Police Chief to review new Officer hire.
RE: Review new Animal Inspector appointment, as available.
RE: Review approve American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding projects.
RE: Review approve local ABCC Liquor License Application renewals for 2023.
RE: Review approve town employee Vacation Policy.
RE: Review allowing on-site acceptance of checks for Transfer Station mattress drop-off fees.
RE: Review approve local Business Permit applications and renewals.
