attend this in-person meeting. Please note that while an option
for remote, audio-only attendance and/or participation is being
provided as a courtesy to the public, the meeting/hearing will

required by law. Members of the public with particular interest
in any specific item on this agenda should make plans for in-person vs. virtual attendance accordingly.

1. Review/approve minutes from 08/15/22, 10/11/22 and 11/08/22 meetings (Buttrick/All) 

 
2. Review Line Item Transfers (Soulard) 

 
3. Update on Essex Municipal Finance (Soulard) 

 
4. 7:30pm – meet with Board of Public Works to discuss transfer station and other budget issues for FY22 and FY23
