b. FY 2022-23 CDBG Project: Phase 1 of the Canal (south of Main St.) and South Street Neighborhood Improvement Plan: Canal Street from Main Street to South Street and Lumber Street from Freedom Street to Canal Street; Grant was awarded on July 28, 2023
