The Selectmen will attend the Conservation Commission's meeting as described below:
The Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40 on Tuesday, February 21, 2023. The meeting will be held at Town Hall, 30 Martin Street, in the 2nd Floor Stage Conference Room.
This meeting of the Conservation Commission will be held in-person at the location provided in this notice.
Members of the public are welcome to attend this in-person meeting. Remote access to the meeting will be available. Details for remote access are on the Commission's webpage at https://www.essexma.org/conservation-commission.
Please note that while an option for remote attendance and participation is being provided as a courtesy to the public, the meeting and/or hearing(s) will not be suspended or terminated if technological problems interrupt the virtual broadcast, unless otherwise required by law. Members of the public with particular interest in any specific item on this agenda should make plans for in-person vs. virtual attendance accordingly.
AGENDA
 The Selectmen will be participating in three public hearings on the Commission's agenda and may deliberate on these matters as part of said participation. Hearings involve:
 Renovation of Stone Piers at Conomo Point
 Apple Street Roadbed Elevation and Culvert Replacement Project
 Renovation of Town of Essex Public Water Supply Wells

 Consider a request to appoint Joshua Sipple to the position of Probationary Firefighter on the Essex Fire Department.
