TOWN OF PETERSHAM – ¬¬CONSERVATION COMMISSION
PUBLIC MEETING 
TUESDAY, April 4, 2023 
6:00 P.M.

In accordance with the provisions of the Wetlands Protection Act, Chapter 131 Section 40 (as amended), the Petersham Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, April 4, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. at the Lower Town Hall, 1 South Main Street, on the Request for Determination of Applicability by Charles Berube, P.O. Box 387, Petersham, MA 01366 for delineating wetlands, the 50 foot buffer zone, and the 100-foot Buffer Zone from bordering vegetated wetland at lot Map 201 Lot 53-0 on West Road.  
A copy of the Notice of Intent may be inspected at the Town Office at 3 South Main Street by appointment (978) 724-3353.  

All interested persons are invited to attend.
