MEETING OF THE SELECT BOARD

Open Meeting at 6:35 PM

• In attendance at the Public Hearing: Proposed Modifications to the Ashburnham General Bylaws, Zoning Bylaws, and Regulations

o The Ashburnham Planning Board will be holding a Public Hearing for public
comment with regards to proposed amendments to Zoning Bylaw Chapter 250:
Section 1.3 Definitions “Story”, “Frontage”, and “Customary Home
Occupation”; amend Sections 3.1.2 Schedule of Use Regulations, 4.2.2
Frontage; 5.1.1 Accessory Buildings; 5.6.2 Temporary mobile home
location; 5.12 Accessory Dwelling Units, add 5.1.3 Use of Transportable
Structures for Habitation, and delete 4.2.8 Swimming Pool Fences. It is
further proposed that the Town remove Chapter 60: Personnel from the
General Bylaws.
