This meeting will be conducted in-person, with the public welcome, but will also be made available to the public via remote participation to the greatest extent possible. Members of the public who wish to listen to and/or view the meeting may do so via two-way Video Call (with the option to show yourself on video or not and with the option to use a phone to call in, for two-way audio-only). Please note that while an option for remote attendance and/or participation is being provided as a courtesy to the public, the meeting/hearing will not be suspended or terminated if technological problems interrupt the virtual broadcast or its quality, unless otherwise required by law. Members of the public with particular interest in any specific item on this agenda should make plans for in-person versus virtual attendance accordingly.

6:05 p.m.	Public Hearing regarding two petitions by National Grid to install poles on Conomo Point Road. Signature of the order, if approved.

6:15 p.m.	Robyn Kanter and other Gregory Island residents regarding the Town’s proposal to sell some Town-owned lots on Gregory Island.

6:30 p.m.	Executive Session expected for contract negotiations with nonunion personnel.

7:00 p.m.	Chief Francis and Brooke Friedrich - review of proposal of goals for calendar year 2023.

•	Consider a request to pass over town roads from Rich Morrell during their annual YuKanRun Road Race 2022 from 9 a.m. through 12:00 noon on Sunday, May 7, 2023.

•	Consider a request from the Village Restaurant to close for cleaning and repairs from January 16 through January 26, 2023.
•	Consider whether or not to OPT-OUT of Vote by Mail for the upcoming local elections (To opt-out, the BOS must hold a public hearing and public roll call vote to NOT allow Vote by Mail at least 45 days before an election. A separate public hearing and vote for each election is required.)
•	Consider whether or not to OPT-IN for Early In-Person Voting for the upcoming local election. (To opt-in, the BOS must vote at least 5 days prior to the start of early voting upon the recommendation from at least 50% of the Board of Registrars.)
•	Consider the granting of merit pay to the Town Administrator, the Chief of Police, and the Treasurer/Collector, in accordance with the provisions of their employment contracts with the Town.
•	Consider a request from Kestrel Education Adventures to utilize Centennial Grove for Spring and Summer outdoor programming.
•	Discuss whether or not to opt into a second round of Opioid Settlements involving Teva, Allergan, CVS, Walgreens, and Walmart, with an opt-in deadline of April 18, 2023.
