Subject:  Thomas Ryll & Sophia Dehof requests a Special Permit/Variance from section (1.42) of the Ashburnham Zoning Bylaws.  The request is to building of a 2 car garage requiring relief from Section 4.2 (dimensional regulations) in the RB zoning district.  This requires a Special Permit/Variance and to include all other necessary zoning relief on the property located at 6 Indian Point Drive (Map 45 Parcel 2) in the RB district.
