A. Energy Committee presentation of proposed Green Communities Grant-funded projects
• Vote to sign Green Communities Grant Application
B. Review Town Hall facilities use request for the 10/31/23 Halloween ‘Trunk-or Treat’ event.

9. Vote to enter Executive Session reason #5: to investigate charges of criminal misconduct or to consider the filing of criminal complaints. The board will adjourn from Executive Session and will not reconvene in open session.
