	Need vote to approve the issuance and details of bonds and notes to be issued to the Massachusetts Clean Water Trust for Loan number DWP-20-22 (water main replacements and well upgrades) and sign related closing papers.
	Need signatures on Memorandum of Understanding – Safer Grant for staffing. 
	Comm of Mass/Local Election Districts Review – keeping East Brookfield a Single district has been approved
