2. NOI 304-0382 continuance - Crotty Ave 1-3.1-31 Pump Station for demo of existing pump station and construction of upgraded pump station within the 100-ft Buffer Zone of Boardering Vegetated Wetlands and the 200-ft of Riverfront Area. 
3. NOI 304-0384 - Whitney Street for the replacement of two culvert pipes within inland resource areas of a bank and Land under waterbodies and waterways. 
4. COC Request - 75 Lord Rd (5-08-29.1) for a single family home. NOI # 304-0381.
5. Agent updates: conservation/wetland signs
6. Chair/Member comments: CPC Conservation funds use discussion continued, 46 Shore Drive discussion continued.
