1. 5:30 PM  Call to order.

2. 5:30 PM  Public Hearing - Utility Pole Installation Request
Pursuant to MGL Chapter 40, Section 56, a Public Hearing will be held to review a request from National Grid  and Verizon to install one new utility pole and necessary wires and fixtures at Quaker Drive, Petersham, in the vicinity of the Moccasin Brook bridge so as to accommodate pending bridge replacement. Details and map from National Grid of proposed location are available upon request from Selectboard Office.

RE: Meet with Capital Improvement Planning Committee (CIPC) Chair to review CIPC recommendations for FY2023 budget.  
RE: Continue review of drafts of June 6, 2022 Special and Annual Town Meeting Warrants.
RE: Review approve appointment of Tree Warden.
RE: Review approve appointment to Council on Aging and Cemetery Commission per committees' requests.
RE: Review accept resignation of Montachusett Vocational School District Committee member.
RE:  Review approve sign postings for Petersham Antiracism Coalition event on May 21, 
annual Congregrational Church Fair on July 9, Friday Market beginning in June.
RE: Review approve local Business Permit applications.
