Executive Session: Joint Meeting with the Zoning Board of Appeals
RE: Per Mass General Law Chapter 30, Sec. 21(a), the Selectboard will take roll call vote to enter into executive session with the Zoning Board of Appeals to discuss strategy regarding litigation re Sunpin Energy Services LLC, as an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares.
The Selectboard will take roll call vote to exit out of executive session at the conclusion of which the meeting will adjourn with no further business.

Next regular Selectboard meeting date Thursday, April 13, 2023, 5:30 PM; and at the call of the Chair as needed.
