In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 30A, Section 20, notice is hereby given that the Planning Board will meet on Tuesday, October 10, 2023, at 7:00 p.m., in Meeting Room 124, One Liberty Lane, Norfolk, MA.

PUBLIC HEARINGS:
•	8:15 p.m. – Public Hearing to discuss proposed changes to the NORFOLK ZONING BYLAWS which have been submitted to the warrant for the 11/14/2023 Special Town Meeting:
1.	To see if the Town will vote to amend Norfolk Zoning Bylaw Section 310-6.4. “Nonconforming structures.” by deleting the strikethrough language and inserting the new language in bold print.
2.	To see if the Town will vote to amend Norfolk Zoning Bylaw Section 310-6.5. “Accessory buildings and swimming pools.” by deleting the strikethrough language and inserting the new language in bold print.
•	8:30 p.m. – 3 Macarthur Avenue-Definitive Subdivison-Roadway Improvement Project for 1 lot (cont’d from 9/12/23)

NEW BUSINESS: 
•	19 Shire Drive – Update on Temporary Occupancy & vote extension of temporary occupancy (expires 11/13/23) & discuss site plan modifications.
