B. Call to Order the Union 26 School Committee - 5:31 p.m.
C. Move to Enter into Executive Session - 5:32 p.m.
To conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with nonunion personnel or to conduct collective bargaining sessions or contract negotiations with nonunion personnel (Acting Superintendent appointment)
D. Public Comments - 6:00 p.m.
Members of the public who would like to submit public comments to the Committee can do so by joining and speaking in-person, sending an email message to SCPublicComment@arps.org, by leaving a voicemail at 413-362-1891, or by texting 413-362-1891. Regardless of method, the comments need to be submitted by 3:00 PM on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 with the Subject listed as "Public Comment". The message should also include their full name and town of residence. Public comments will be either shown on the screen for viewing or played at the meeting for no more than 3 minutes per comment. All public comments submitted will become part of the public record.
