In accordance with the Governor’s Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G. L. c. 30A, § 20, relating to the 2020 novel Coronavirus outbreak emergency, the May 30, 2023 at 7:00 PM public meeting of the Norfolk Board of Health shall be physically closed to the public to avoid group congregation.
Alternative public access to this meeting shall be utilizing the Zoom virtual meeting software https://zoom.us for remote access. This application will allow users to view the meeting and send a comment or question to the Chair via the Chat function. Submitted text comments/questions may be read into the record at the appropriate points in the meeting if they are in line with the Town’s Public Comment Policy. The Meeting will be recorded for future rebroadcast by Norfolk Community Television

7:00 p.m. – Grange Community Supper/Jill Kennedy-Appeal of Variances voted by the Board of Health on 3/29/23 from State/Federal Food Code:
1. Variance to allow the Food Handler Training in lieu of the required Certified Food Protection Manager for no longer than 6 months to allow time to secure funding and a member of the Grange Community Supper to obtain Food Protection Manager Certificate
