The Water Commission will be entering into Executive Session pursuant to MGL Ch 30A Sec 21a to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an Open Meeting might have a detrimental effect on the Water Plant's bargaining or litigating position and the Chair so declares. The Water Commission will re-convene in Open Session following Executive Session only to adjourn.
