As prescribed in the Zoning Act, Chapter 40A of the M.G.L. the Ashburnham Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on:
7:00 PM Hearing # 24-01– (Continuation) Winchendon Road ( Map 14 Parcel 19)
Subject: Subject: Ed McSweeny requests a Special Permit/Variance from section 4.1.2 Schedule of Dimensional Regulations of the Ashburnham Zoning Bylaws. The request is to establish a building lot for residential use on a non-conforming lot on Winchendon Rd. (14/19) requiring relief from 4.1.2 Schedule of Dimensional Regulations in the RB zoning district. This request requires a Special Permit/Variance and includes all other necessary zoning relief on the property at Winchendon Road (Map 14 Parcel 19) in the RB district.
7:30 PM Hearing # 24-02 – 74 Lakeshore Dr. (Map 55 Parcel 45)
Subject: Jamie Scotland (McCarty Engineering) requests a Special Permit/Variance from sections 1.2.2B & 1.2.2C of Ashburnham Zoning Bylaws. The request is to demolish and rebuild a preexisting non-conforming home that would need relief for setbacks. A previous SP was granted (18-06) but has expired. This request requires a Special Permit/Variance and includes all other necessary zoning relief on the property at 74 Lakeshore Dr. (Map 55 Parcel 45) in the RB district.
