Information for Meeting of Broadband Municipal Light Plant Board

1. 7:00 PM Call to order.

2. Review the minutes of the previous meeting.

3. Review the costs associated with the Matrix offer to facilitate the creation of a 24/7 Subscriber Call Center.

4. Review the status of the Matrix requested Subscriber Survey which went out to all subscribers on September 4, 2024.

5. Review the Petersham/Matrix Contract language that became effective after reaching the third year anniversary of Network operation. Said language allows the Town of Petersham to purchase physical assets of the Network for approximately $1,750,000.00.

6. Meet with representatives of the combinedcompanies;RingSquared/AccessPlus/Crocker Communications, regarding exploratory interest that they have expressed in the possible purchase of Petersham's Broadband Network from Matrix. Said sale would appear to legally require the buyer to accept the provisions of Petersham's existing contract with Matrix but could also include possible amendments which may be requested by the Town (Call Center, secondary Backhaul provider etc.)

8. Set the date and time for the Board's next meeting.
